You may return or exchange any online purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges are free of charge, and all orders include a prepaid return label.

Please note that Victourriahz cannot be held responsible for items returned through any other shipping provider. We strongly advise using the provided prepaid label.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1.  Complete the online return/exchange form by selecting "Return Order" in the footer of the Victourriahz website. Once your request is submitted, please send back your order within 7 days.

2.  Ensure that all items are unworn, in original condition, and include all tags and gift packaging.

3.  Place the item(s) in their original packaging and shipping box. Attach the provided return shipping label over the original delivery label. If your return label is missing, please contact our client service team for a replacement.

4.  Schedule a pickup with DHL or drop your package at a DHL Service Point. You will need the waybill number printed on the return label to book your collection.

Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued.

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors.
